Database and files in the EU (AWS eu-central-1, Frankfurt). Frontend on Vercel CDN with TLS 1.2+.
How are tenants isolated?
Every company has its own tenant_id. PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) enforces isolation at the database layer.
Is Flowbyte GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We process data in the EU, provide privacy documentation, and retain accounting records per Estonian requirements (including long-term archive).
How are backups handled?
Daily database backups, encrypted weekly archives, and legally required long-term retention for accounting documents.
