Maintenance Scheduling Software for Service Teams
Schedule recurring maintenance, see overdue jobs, assign technicians, and turn completed visits into invoices. Field Service module, €0/month, not on the free plan.
Set an interval, see what is overdue, assign a technician, and close the visit on a work sheet — then raise the invoice from the same record.
A schedule that nobody updates is not a schedule
Preventive maintenance usually dies in a spreadsheet: the date was right when someone typed it, and wrong two months later.
- The next due date is a cell someone has to remember to advance after each visit.
- Overdue units only surface when the customer calls.
- The visit itself is planned in a calendar that does not know about the equipment.
- What was done last time lives in a folder, not on the unit.
Flowbyte stores the interval on the customer, site or equipment, calculates the next due date from the last completed visit, and lists overdue maintenance so you can raise the next job from it.
From interval to invoice
- Equipment or site interval
- Next due date
- Overdue list
- Job created
- Technician scheduled
- Work sheet completed
- History updated
- Sales invoice
A maintenance plan that talks to inventory and invoicing
The schedule is not a separate calendar product. The job it creates is a field-service work order. Completing that order updates stock and can raise a sales invoice in the same ERP.
Low stock is replenished in Purchasing against the same ledger. The invoice is posted to the books in Finance, the same way as any other sales invoice.
What the schedule actually does
- The next date is calculated — Set the interval in days. The next due date comes from the last completed visit, not from someone editing a cell.
- Overdue work is a list, not a feeling — Units past their date sit in one list. You create the next job from there instead of hunting a spreadsheet.
- The visit writes history — Completing the work sheet updates the equipment record. The next interval starts from that visit.

Frequently asked questions
Is this different from field service management?
Same module, different job. This page is about the recurring interval and the overdue list. The field service page is about the visit itself — assignment, work sheet, signature, invoice.
Is maintenance scheduling free?
No. It is part of Field Service. The module fee is €0/month; it is not included on the free plan.
Can I track installed equipment?
Yes — equipment records, QR codes and the service history on each unit.
Does it email technicians when a service is due?
Overdue units appear in the list. Assignment can notify the technician. There is no separate “due in X days” reminder email today.
