Field service module for HVAC and on-site teams
Teams search for a field service module when they need the full loop: who goes on site, which equipment was serviced, which parts were used, and how that becomes a customer invoice. Flowbyte’s field service module is that loop, connected to warehouse, customers, and sales invoices.
A field service module that stays in the ERP
Standalone FSM tools schedule visits while stock and invoices live elsewhere. Flowbyte uses the same customer file, the same warehouse, and the same sales invoice. Technicians see live stock on site; the office sees which work sheets are still unbilled.
Maintenance schedules and an equipment register
Customer HVAC units, ventilation, heat pumps, or other installed assets get a record: model, serial number, location, last service. Intervals and reminders support preventive maintenance before a breakdown, not only after an emergency call.
Work sheets on site — photos, materials, signature
In the worker terminal (mobile and web) the technician opens the next job, completes the work sheet, adds photos and materials, and captures a signature. Handover acts become a PDF sent by email. When needed, an act can also create a warehouse shipment.
The invoice comes from the work sheet
Labour, materials, call-out fees, and mileage flow into a sales invoice in the same system. Billing status stays on the work sheet — not invoiced, invoiced, paid — so nobody hunts a spreadsheet to see if the visit was billed.
How field work runs in Flowbyte
- Office dispatch — Create a field job for the customer: site, time, technicians, linked maintenance or equipment.
- On-site visit — The technician fills the work sheet, logs time and parts, takes photos, and collects a signature.
- Invoice and history — The office invoices from the work sheet. Equipment and customer service history update automatically.

Frequently asked questions
Is this an HVAC module?
HVAC maintenance is the primary use case: customer equipment, service intervals, on-site work, and billing. The same flow works for other field work, not only heating and ventilation. (You may see “HVOC” in search — we mean HVAC.)
Is the field service module free?
The monthly fee is €0, but it is not part of the free plan. Free covers core ERP (1 user, warehouse, invoice limits, OCR, finance). Field service is enabled as its own module.
Do technicians need a separate app?
The worker terminal runs on phone and browser. Next job, work sheet, photos, and signature sit in one view — no Excel book in the van.
